Wit Boguslawski M.A. (b.1960 in Warsaw). He studied at the Faculty of Sculptures in Academy of Arts in Istanbul (1982 - 1986), then in the Academy of Arts in Warsaw (1986 - 1987). He studied at the Academy of Arts in Wroclaw, Faculty of Painting, Graphic and Sculpture (1987 - 1991). He obtained a diploma in the studio of Prof. Leon Podsiadło.  Wit's passion is for making ceramics and sculptures for homes and gardens, however, he also enjoys painting  typically using oil on canvas, watercolour  or  pencil.

The Grandfather Clocks Fresco  was a popular feature at Gosfield from June 2010 to September 2011.  

It was created by Wit Boguslawski as part of our Patchwork Festival  under the umbrella of the Essex County Council "One Essex One World" programme. 

Unfortunately this art work was destroyed by property owner recently....
